The title is deliberatly deceiving, hoping you will missread the wording and think it is a genuine Dell battery. The second reviewer, Swee Lim, fell for this deception. Sellers with good products don’t have to resort to this kind of “late night TV” trickery.

I purchased this on january as my old battery died down completely. I was looking forward for this battery and then when it came i was excited. But i was disappointed with the battery as it does not recharge. If i use my laptop for certain time unplugged the battery charge for the time i was unplugged is not charging up after i put my charge back. Thats pretty disappointing. Well i would not have purchase it if i had known it was an non-rechargable battery

The battery was purchased from Genuine Adaptors. It is made in China and works really well. I am currently testing the life of the battery, another one did not last over a week, but was from a different merchant. Genuine adaptors were very kind enough to mail the battery overseas upon request for which I am really thankful.

I was very disappointed with this battery purchase. I was sent a battery with just 20% charge only. The battery never gets charged and is loosing the charge continuously even though I have the same computer model (Dell Inspiron 6400) as recommended by the site. Please don’t waste your money my spending on such cheap batteries.

I have used this battery twice then after the initial charge was used – the battery no longer works. Had my computer repair man look at it – def the battery and not the computer.
